Up until recently, I've been kind of disappointed with this years' death metal *coughallthecomebackalbumscough* and then I randomly run across this blistering thrashy death metal album! As far as what it sounds like, I'm pretty sure there's Vader influence as well as old school death/thrash. The vocals sound a lot like Martin van Drunen (Pestilence, Asphyx) which you gotta love as well. I'd recommend this, to me it's gotta be in the top 5 for this year's death metal.
