This is most likely the best stoner/sludge/post-hardcore/ambient album, EVER! It's useless trying to categorize this as far as genres go because this album doesn't sound like anything you've ever listened to (high or sober). It's like Neurosis accumulated all of their previous efforts, skills and talents and put them out on one album.
